The fast food chain In-N-Out Burger is widely considered to be one of the best burger joints in the world. My last trip to LA involved an adventure to hamburger heaven and I knew right away that I’d want to go back. Unfortunately I live 4,063 km away from the joint I last visited. Luckily, today I was shown a way to recreate such hot deliciousness. Kenji over at Serious Eats Burger Lab deciphered the ultra secret burger formula and came up with a recipe that produces an almost perfect copy of the original. I knew I had to try it myself.
